This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Regional Transport Authority concerned to receive petitioner's application dated 31.7.2015 in Form CCPA and the prescribed fee for the grant of a Auto-rickshaw permit and to consider the same.
