2. Mr.Munuswamy, learned Special Government Pleader (Education) appearing on behalf respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 04.02.2020, has been complied with through proceedings of the respondent dated 28.10.2020.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has passed an order dated 28.10.2020 and the same has been made subject to the writ appeal filed against the order passed by this Court on 04.02.2020.

4. Recording the submission on either side, the Contempt Petition is closed.
