This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2023 to renew the petitioner's Notary License Registration No.5896/2008 by passing orders on the petitioner's renewal application dated 20.11.2015.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is a practicing advocate and has applied for renewal of Notary License vide his application dated 20.11.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner has again submitted application for renewal on 03.06.2016 and also made a representation on 24.03.2023. Since the same also have not been considered so far, he has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
3. Mr.M.Sathyan, learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2023 will be considered on merits within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
