O R D E R

The petitioner, through her representation dated 09.10.2017 made before the 3rd respondent sought for certain monetary benefits arising out of the death of one Deenamma on 18.12.2015 by claiming that the petitioner and three others are her legal heirs.

2. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner regarding the legal heirship of the deceased, as it is for them to establish the same before the appropriate forum. However, the present representation is only https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for seeking certain details with regard to the death benefit. I do not think that there would be any impediment for the respondents to consider the said representation and pass orders. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2017and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
