(CRIME NO.60 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in Crl.O.P.No. 10162 of 2022 order dated 29.04.2022 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order in Cr.No.60/2022 on the file of the respondent.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.BALACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 29.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 10162 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
