Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4619 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3912 of 2022 dated 06.04.2022 that they should report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MOHANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4619 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3912 of 2022 on 06.04.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
