Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to take necessary action on the petitioner's application dated 10.12.2016 for issuance of patta.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner gave a representation dated 10.12.2016 for transfer of patta, which has not yet been considered by the 2nd respondent so far. 4.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 10.12.2016 and also the reminder dated 18.06.2017, in accordance with law.

5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 10.12.2016 and also the reminder dated 18.06.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
