ORDER

This petition has been filed to amend the offences under sections 394(4), 310(2), 311, 317 and 61(2) of the BNS, 2023, r/w, Section 27(1) of the Arms

Act instead of Sections 329(4), 310(2), 311 of the BNS, 2023, r/w Section 27(1) of the Arms Act in Crl.O.P.No.8003 of 2026 order dated 30.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that even now, in the present application, the sections have been wrongly stated and Simultaneously, he has also produced the alteration Report before this Court.

3. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the petition as well as the in the order in accordance with the alteration statement as 27(1) Arms Act, 310(2), 311, 317, 329(4), 61(2) BNS and is also directed to issue fresh order copy.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 17-04-2026 SHL To:
