This application has been filed to raise the attachment dated 20.04.2010 passed in A.No.4223 of 2008 in C.S.No.778 of 2008.

Today, when the application is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant/defendant submitted through video conferencing that the matter has been settled and the amount has been paid to the respondent / plaintiff and a memo dated 25.09.2020 has been filed to that effect.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/plaintiff submitted that today the plaintiff has received a Demand Draft bearing No.669469 dated 25.09.2020 drawn on Syndicate Bank for a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- [Rupees Fifty Lakhs only]. His submission is recorded. http://www.judis.nic.in 1/2

4. In such view of the matter, the plaintiff has no objection for raising the order of attachment passed by this Court dated 20.04.2010 and hence, this application is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to inform the concerned Registering Authority for effecting necessary entries in the Registers, as to the raising of the attachment.
