It is the case of the petitioner that the patta which stood in the name of his father has been changed in the name of the 2nd respondent/3rd party, without notice to the petitioner. Thus, the petitioner filed an appeal before the 1st respondent on 13.06.2013 and the non-consideration of the same, has made the petitioner to approach this Court by way of filing the present writ petition. 2.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the appeal dated 13.06.2013 along with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the said appeal on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the 2nd respondent herein.
