[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.,] The petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P. No.2516 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.180/2016 dated 05.04.2016 to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Thallakulam Police Station at Madurai, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that they shall appear before the jurisdictional Magistrate on the first working day of every month until further orders.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
