This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in paragraph 3 of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.12069 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.12854 of 2025 dated 07.07.2025. 1 / 2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12069 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.12854 of 2025 vide order dated 07.07.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
