No.147/2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court Denkanikottai (IN CMP.No.11954 of 2020) pending disposal of the above appeal (SA.No.563 of 2020).

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.SUNDARAVADANAM, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- As a result of the judgment of the Appellate Court, the suit filed by the appellant stands dismissed. Hence there is nothing to be stayed.
