Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner circulated a letter dated 16.6.2015 praying for withdrawal of the Writ Petition on the ground that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and also prayed for withdrawal of the amount deposited before the Principal Labour Court, Vellore. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted on 30.10.2014 stands vacated and M.P.No.1 of 2014 is dismissed. No costs.
