Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed as petitioner shall execute a 2 normal sureties, each for like sum to the satisfaction of the Sub Court, Namakkal instead of petitioner shall execute a 2 blood sureties, each for like sum to the satisfaction of the Sub Court, Namakkal in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13476 of 2022 dated 10.06.2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13476 of 2022 on 10.06.2022 to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two blood related sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Sub Court, Namakkal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has no relatives and his parents died long back. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Sub Court, Namakkal.
