ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 26.11.2022 and 13.03.2023 consequently take necessary appropriate steps to prevent any Law and Order problem from being arised in the temple Kumbhabishegam to be held on 11.05.2023 at Periyandichi Amman Pathikovil is located at Thulasampatti, T.Maramangalam Village, Chettikuttipallam of Omalur Taluk, Salem District, due to the action of the 4th & 5th respondents.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, this Court is inclined to direct the fifth respondent to conduct enquiry on the representations given by the petitioner dated 26.11.2022 and 13.03.2023, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties viz., the respondents 4 &5 herein and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 11.05.2023.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to cost.
