There is a delay of 784 days in filing the appeals, out of which the period is largely under Covid-19 situation. The condonation of delay during the period between 15.03.2020 and 28.02.2022 was permitted by the Apex Court in Suomotu W.P.(C) No.3 of 2020. Since none is there to oppose the applications and having satisfied with the reason, the delay of 784 days in filing the appeals is condoned Accordingly, the applications are allowed.
