ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction to direct the respondents No. 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection for the life and limb of petitioner's family during laying boundary stones and construction compound wall in the property situated at S.No.269/12, Grama Natham Gidangal-1, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District of an extent of 670 sq. ft.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, this Court is inclined to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2023, after issuance of

notice to the petitioner and the counter parties viz., the respondents 4 to 6 herein and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. If the representation is not available with the third respondent, the petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the same to the third respondent.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to cost.
