ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11035 of 2020 by order dated 30.07.2020 that the petitioner shall stay at Tiruvallur and report before the Tiruvallur Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
