For Petitioner : Mrs.V.Pavithra for Mr.S.Rajasekar ****** O R D E R This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif at Alandur to dispose of R.L.T.O.P.No.38 of 2020 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. When this matter was listed on 27.07.2021, this Court directed the

Registry to obtain a report from the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur, indicting the outer time limit within which he/ she proposes to dispose R.L.T.O.P.No.38 of 2020. Accordingly, a report has been received in this regard, wherein the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur has indicated that he would dispose R.L.T.O.P.No.38 of 2020 within a period of three months.

3. In view of the report received and also on considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the outer limit for disposal of this petition is 90 days, as per Section 36 of the Tamil Nadu Regulations of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlord and Tenants Act, 2017, this Court directs the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur to dispose R.L.T.O.P.No.38 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three(03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
