(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6276 of 2020 order dated 13.07.2020, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
