ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 'the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders' imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3720 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3720 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 29-04-2025 dpa To The Inspector of Police, Adyar Prohibition Enforcement Wing Besant Nagar, Chennai (Crime.No. 16 of 2025).
