Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2025 regarding highhandedness and forceful trespass into the petitioner's cultivating lands by the ex-president and his caste people in Survey Nos.44, 45, 46 in Thenputhur Village in Villupuram District to their caste grave yard when usual way is available.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a mandamus to the respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 21.02.2025, wherein the petitioner has complained about the highhandedness and forceful trespass into the cultivating lands belonging to the petitioner and using it as an access to the burial ground.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the representation made by the petitioner is under consideration and enquiry is going to be conducted.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of grievance expressed by the petitioner and also considering the fact that the respondent is going to conduct an enquiry on the representation made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conduct enquiry after calling all the interested parties and a decision shall be taken within a period of eight weeks from the date of
receipt of a copy of this order.
