Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article of 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to receive the petitioner's application dated 16.04.2018 for passing appropriate orders for issuance of OBC certificate to the petitioners daughter U.D.Yalinee and also to direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate action against the 2nd respondent for dereliction of duty and for his high handed actions.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The grievance of the petitioner is that, without any basis, the then Thasildhar, since impleaded as third respondent herein, has returned the papers.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submitted that third respondent has been transferred and now the second respondent would receive the application and pass appropriate orders.

3. In such view of the matter, this petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to re-present the returned papers within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the second respondent. On receipt, the second respondent shall pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter.

This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
