PRAYER:Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Project Officer, Integrated Child Development Scheme, Villupuram, the first respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2018 praying for appointment to the post of Anganwadi Helper, in Pasumazhaithangal Anganwadi Centre, (Centre NO.33607020609) under Section 31(H) of the LARR Act 2013 for having taken the land of the petitioner for laying road within a time frame that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The writ petition had been filed seeking direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Project Officer, Integrated Child Development Scheme, Villupuram, the first respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2018 praying for appointment to the post of Anganwadi Helper, in Pasumazhaithangal Anganwadi Centre, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(Centre NO.33607020609) under Section 31(H) of the LARR Act 2013 for having taken the land of the petitioner for laying road within a time frame that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The land of the petitioner had been taken over for construction of formation of Panchayat Road, and the petitioner has to be compensated with the employment. There is a post of Anganwadi Helper, in Pasumazhaithangal Anganwadi. The petitioner had given a representation dated 19.02.2018 for considering her to the post of Anganwadi Helper. The respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner on or before 15.06.2019 and pass appropriate orders.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is also closed.
