This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents herein not to harass the petitioner H.Sangeetha and her family members.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent police has been frequently visiting the place of the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not at all residing in the said place. He further submitted that there is no complaint pending against the petitioner.

4. In such view of the matter, the question of harassment will not arise.
