(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in the order dated 13.03.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5600 of 2020. in the above Crime No.CCB.XCR.No.26 of 2020 on the file of the respondent herein with regard to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am and at 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court on 13.03.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5600 of 2020 the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, they seek for relaxation of the condition imposed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month until further orders.
