Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the second respondent made in Application ID 2017/0105/32/006393 dated 08.01.2018 in respect of Palladam Hi-tech Weaving Park and quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to survey and subdivide the land as per the boundaries mentioned in the registered sale deeds document no.586 situated in S.No.285-2C Sukkampalayam, Palladam, Tiruppur District and Patta No.1250 and issue separate patta for the petitioner.

The computer generated application taken from the 2nd respondent is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The petitioner raises certain grievances with reference to his property right and the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the authorities competent have not conducted any survey in respect of the disputed property.

3. The impugned application reveals that the Application ID 2017/0105/32/006393 is rejected on 08.01.2018. If at all the applications submitted by the petitioner was rejected, he has to secure a copy of the order and approach the authorities or the forum, as the case may be, for the purpose of redressal of his grievance. Contrarily, the petitioner cannot challenge the computer generated application in a writ proceedings, which would not contain any details regarding reasons for rejection or the claims set out by the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach

the competent authority or the forum concerned for the purpose of redressal of his grievance.

4. In the result, the writ petition in W.P.No.1457 of 2018 stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
