Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 1st respondent to produce the body of Jothi, aged about 30 years, wife of the petitioner and A.Jia Shiny, aged about 5 years, daughter of the petitioner, who are in the illegal custody of the 2nd respondent and their men before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR,J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed for a direction to produce the detenue Jothi, aged about 30 years, wife of the petitioner and A.Jia Shiny, aged about 5 years, daughter of the petitioner, who are in the illegal custody of the 2nd respondent.

2. The detenue along with her child appeared before this Court and stated that due to matrimonial dispute, she left https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to her parental home and she is not interested in joining with her husband. Further, she stated that now she is residing along with her child, in her parents house situated at Chinnamathur, Manali. The statement of the detenue is recorded.
