The relief sought for in this writ petition is to forbear the respondent from in any way giving effect for executing an order of requiring the petitioner to stay at the Special Camp for Srilankan Refugees at Chingleput.

2.Having regard with the lapse of time, such relief does not survive for consideration as on date. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also made an endorsement that the writ petition has become infructuous and has sought liberty to raise the issues again, if necessary. It is made clear that the petitioner is not precluded from pursuing any remedy available under law, if he is aggrieved, by the dismissal of this writ petition as infructuous.
