Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondent authorities to return the original certificates of the Petitioner that were submitted at the time of her admission to PG degree course during May 2015 together with her original Post graduation certificates in compliance to the 1st respondent authority's direction dated 10-2-2022.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for return of the original certificates back to the petitioner on the ground that no posting order was issued to the petitioner, even after the lapse of two years.
2. Heard Mr.R. Arumugam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.H.Ravikumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate has received written instructions from the respondents stating that they are prepared to return the original certificates back to the petitioner.
4. The instructions received by the learned Government Advocate is recorded. However, in the said instructions, it has been made clear that in case of emergency, the petitioner will have to join duty for the respondents. Similar orders were passed earlier by this Court, after recording the very same instructions.
5. After recording the submissions made by the respective learned counsels, this Court directs the respondents to return the original certificates back to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. At the time of getting back the original certificates, the petitioner will have to give an undertaking letter that she shall join duty as and when called by the respondents on an emergency basis.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
