ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, based on his online application, dated 23.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 23.12.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 3. Since no orders are passed against the respondent Nos.4 to 6, notice to the respondent Nos.4 to 6 is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondent Nos.

2 and 3 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property more fully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition, on merits and in accordance with law. (c) If police assistance is required, the second respondent is permitted to obtain the same by giving a representation to the police department and the police department shall act accordingly by granting police assistance.

(d) The respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to complete the aforesaid exercise within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of 3/5

receipt of a copy of this order.

(e) There shall be no order as to costs.
