C.M.P.Nos.10210, 10213 & 10214 of 2020 in S.A.No.1105 of 2010 P.T.ASHA, J., C.M.P.No.10210 of 2020 is filed to condone the delay of 693 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole appellant in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.10213 of 2020 is filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole appellant in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.10214 of 2020 is filed to to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 6 herein who are the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant in the above Second Appeal as appellants 2 to 6 in the above Second Appeal.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions. Hence, the above petitions are ordered as prayed for.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the matter for hearing on 28.04.2021.
