PRAYER: Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records in pursuant to the notification dated 20.10.2014 issued by the respondent in their official website in so far as calling the candidates from the General Turn (GT) for the certificate verification for the post of Post Graduate Assistants GR-1 (Political Science) for the year 2012-2013 is concerned and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to call the petitioner for certificate verification for the post of Post Graduate Assistant in Political Science category under the communal turn of MBC/DNC within a stipulated time.
