Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the the respondents to accept the tender document and consider the same in respect of the tender proceedings in Tender.No.1054/P1/MKG/2022-2024 opening of Technical bid on 16.06.2022 and Tender.No.1206/P1/MKG/2022-2024 opening of Technical bid on 30.06.2022 and permit the petitioner to allow and participate in the tender.

ORDER

Mr.R.Shanmugasundaram, learned Advocate General takes notice on behalf of the first respondent.

2. The learned Advocate General appearing on behalf of the first respondent submits that the last date for filing the Tender Document has now been extended. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner may be directed to submit the Tender Document on or before 22.06.2022.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition stands closed by permitting the petitioner to submit the Tender Document/Form on or before 22.06.2022. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
