This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to investigate and file a charge sheet in Crime No.2068/2013 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.2068 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already completed, provided there is no any other legal impediment like stay order etc., and either file a closure report or charge sheet, as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
