This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 19.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24271 of 2024, thereby directing the respondents to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the counter party and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent passed an order on 03.07.2025. He also produced a copy of the order dated 03.07.2025 passed by the second respondent, before this Court.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
