O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notice dated 06.03.2023 vide No.4333/TOP/PGR/E/2023 issued by the 1st respondent, thereby calling upon the petitioner to appear on 14.03.2023 at about 04.30 p.m.

2. On receipt of notice, the petitioner appeared on that day and it was adjourned without mentioning any further hearing date. The petitioner was also directed to file his reply. The petitioner has already gave his reply to the impugned notice and also appeared on the hearing date before the 1st respondent. As no further date is fixed for further hearing, the notice under challenge in this Writ Petition has now expired. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. Heard and considered the submissions of either side and perused the records.

Considering the above facts and circumstances and the fact that as no further date is fixed for further hearing, notice under challenge in this Writ Petition is now expired and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge if any fresh notice issued by the 1st respondent. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
