[Order of the Court was delivered by [K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] These civil revision petitions are filed by the Secured Creditor with a grievance that the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore failed to dispose of the SARFAESI appeals filed by the respondents within a reasonable time.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. We consider it not necessary to issue notice to the respondents, in view of the limited relief claimed by the petitioner.

3. The SARFAESI appeals are stated to be pending from 2014 onwards. The petitioner has produced the Diary Extract indicating the pendency of SARFAESI appeals and the interlocutory applications filed by the respondents.

4. Since the SARFAESI appeals are pending right from 2014, we direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore to consider the matters and dispose of the same on merits and as per law as expeditiously as possible. The Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
