This Writ Petition has been filed for issue or Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 25.8.2020 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr. E. Balamurugane, learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that respondent has fixed the date of enquiry on 5.10.2020 at 5 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, the connected WMP.No.16514 of 2020 is closed.
