..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the 4th respondent dated 04.07.2017 in proceedings Z.O.IX.C.No./06805/2017 quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 4 to permit the petitioner to remove the columns and roof of the 4th, 5th and 6th floor of the petitioner's building at No.4, Lake area 7th Cross Street, Nungambakkam, Chennai - 600 034 within the period of six months after getting necessary advise from structural Engineers.
