Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 01.04.2022 by issuing Form-D License to the petitioner's Trust School in the name of Lilly Global Vidhayasaram situated at S.No.5, Vattambakkam Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District as directed by the 1st respondent in the order dated 16.05.2022.

Mr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2022 requesting the 2nd respondent to issue Form D licence to the petitioner's School by name Lily Globe Vidhyasaram situated at S.No.5, Vattambakkam Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that subsequent to the application submitted by the petitioner seeking for Form-D, the same was considered on merits and in accordance with law and thereafter, the same has now been rejected by order dated 30.12.2021.

4. Since a final order has been passed on the petitioner's representation, the petitioner will have to challenge the final order in the manner known to him under law. After recording the statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader and after recording the final order dated 30.12.2021 passed by the 2nd respondent rejecting the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of Form-D licence, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 30.12.2021 in the manner known to the petitioner under law. No costs.
