Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to implement the Award passed by the Labour Court, Salem in I.D. No. 284 of 2005 dated 30.12.2015 by reinstating the petitioner in service with continuity of service and by paying 10% back wages from the date of dismissal from service to date of the Award and full salary from the date of the Award till date of actual reinstatement in service within a time frame.

ORDER

This writ petition had been filed to direct the respondent herein to implement the Award passed by the Labour Court, Salem in I.D. No. 284 of 2005 dated 30.12.2015 by reinstating the petitioner in service with continuity of service and by paying 10% back wages from the date of dismissal from service to date of the Award and full salary from the date of the Award till date of actual reinstatement in service within a time frame. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent made a submission that the relief sought for in the present writ petitioner is to implement the Award passed by the Labour Court, Salem in I.D.No.284 of 2005 dated 30.12.2015. The said Award had been challenged before this Court in W.P.No.36345 of 2016 and the interim stay was granted by this Court. Since the Award is under challenge in the writ petition which is pending, the relief as such 2/4
