ORDER

This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.38 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case on 27.01.2018 in Crime No.38 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 120B, 465, 466, 467, 471, 506(ii) of IPC ,1860, as per the Order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Walaja in CRL.MP.No. 2281 of 2017, but, thereafter no steps has been taken to file any final report and hence he requests to direct the respondent to file final report at early.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after registering the case, the matter has been taken up for investigation and the investigation is in progress. She https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

requests to grant two weeks time for filing final report.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of .
