Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take expeditious action and remove the unauthorised flex banner / hoardings and temporary stone benches erected by blocking the way in front of the petitioner's house and shops constructed in R.S.No.138/57 and R.S.No.138/59 by considering her representation dated 04.03.2024. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take expeditious action and remove the unauthorised flex banner / hoardings and temporary stone benches erected by blocking the way in front of the petitioner's house and shops constructed in R.S.No.138/57 and R.S.No.138/59 by considering her representation dated 04.03.2024.

2. Heard Mr.S.J.Mohammed Sathik, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, Mr.T.Venkatshkumar, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 4th respondent and Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 5th respondent.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent / the Tahsildar would submit that steps will be taken by the authorities to shift the flex banner / hoardings and temporary stone benches that has been put up by the villagers in front of the petitioner's house and shops constructed within a period of two weeks.
4.In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to carryout necessary shifting work of the flex banner / hoardings and temporary stone benches put up by the villagers in front of the petitioner's house and shops in R.S.No.138/57 and R.S.No.138/59 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 3/5
order. It is needless to state that the 5th respondent should give necessary protection to the officials for carrying out the above shifting work. No costs.
