ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for petitioner would submit in the order dated 09.10.2025, in paragraph 6, W.M.P.No.17593 of 2025 is stated as petition seeking permission, while it was a petition filed by single petitioner for direction.

2. In view of the statement made, in paragraph 6 of the order, the following lines shall be deleted:

"W.M.P.No.17593 of 2025 filed seeking to permit petitioners to join together and file a single writ petition is ordered subject to payment of separate court fee within a period of two weeks."

3. In the said paragraph, the last line, "Consequently, other interim application is closed" shall be modified as "Consequently, the interim applications are closed."
