Mr.P.Satheesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, submits that the first respondent filed DVC.No.2 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arani. He further submits that the said DVC.No.2 of 2022 was dismissed as withdrawn on 13.12.2022. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
