ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, E-3,
Minjur Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.4328 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025.
2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.
4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Inspector of Police, E-3, Minjur Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
