C.M.P.No.10263 of 2025 in C.M.A.SR.No.135232 of 2024 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

In the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking substituted service on respondents 1 and 2, it was specifically stated by the learned counsel on record appearing for the petitioner that inspite of several attempts, the respondents 1 and 2 purposely evaded service and the notice was returned with an endorsement 'left'.

2. Taking into consideration the said assertion made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking substituted service, this Court is inclined to order substituted service by paper publication.

Accordingly, C.M.P.No.10263 of 2025 is ordered.

3. The petitioner is directed to effect substituted service by paper publication for the hearing on 06.06.2025. The paper publication shall be effected in 'Malai Malar' having wide circulation in Chennai District, on or before 07.05.2025 for the hearing on 06.06.2025.

4. List the matter on 06.06.2025.
