O R D E R

This petition has been filed for modification of the conditions imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur by order dated 25.04.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.2697 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are totally five accused persons in this case and the other four accused persons deposited a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- each. Hence, he sought for modification of the conditions imposed by thhe Judicial Magistrate, Alandur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit the accused persons have created forged documents and misappropriated a sum of Rs.1,31,00,000/-. Therefore, she sought for dismissal of this petition seeking modification.

4. In view of the above discussions, there is nothing warranted to modify the conditions imposed by the Court below. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Chennai.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
